Biden’s Supreme Court justice nominee doesn’t know how to define the word ‘woman’

According to Joe Biden’s Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson, whom he nominated after exhaustive research into her gender and skin color, it takes a biologist to define what a “woman” is.

Asked by Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., at a confirmation hearing on March 22 to provide a definition for the word “woman,” Jackson took the fifth, so to speak:

“Can I provide a definition? No,” Jackson responded. “I can’t.”

Apparently, such knowledge is not imparted to law students.

“You can’t?” Blackburn asked, according to the FOX News report.

“Not in this context, I’m not a biologist,” the judge replied.

“Do you believe the meaning of the word woman is so unclear and controversial that you can’t give me a definition?” Blackburn continued, obviously trying to determine if Jackson is the kind of liberal who seeks to upend all of the Western thought, starting with “is the sky blue.”

“Senator, in my work as a judge, what I do is I address disputes. If there’s a dispute about a definition, people make arguments, and I look at the law, and I decide,” Jackson said.

And of course, the law does not know what a woman is.

Blackburn argued that “the fact that you can’t give me a straight answer about something as fundamental as what a woman underscores the dangers of the kind of progressive education that we are hearing about.”

And the fact that the questioning of a Supreme Court nominee now involves needing to find common ground on certain basic facts of reality is troubling indeed.
