DailyMail. A black teenager allegedly fired at a four people after shouting ‘I don’t like white people in my hood.’ 

Devonta Allen, 18, faces four counts of felony assault after the incident on July 25 that followed a short confrontation in Kennedy Heights, Ohio.

Cincinnati Police say a video shows the teen chasing four people on Tyne Avenue at around 11.15am and then shooting three times at two vehicles the victims were in.
