The power of playing the victim card
Want to know how the LGBT movement became so powerful?
Look no further than the Massachusetts Commission on LGBTQ Youth report for a good lesson.
The 300-page document is replete with the lies, scare tactics, and faux victimhood that have led the LGBT to become one of the most powerful political movements in U.S. history.
This report plays the victim card like a seasoned poker player.
In a strategy perfected during the 80s AIDS epidemic, the LGBT community has turned the “we’re suffering and need your help” strategy into an art form – think the Mona Lisa of political tactics.
You can’t fault them, though.
Their game plan is as indestructible as an ironclad beetle, laughing in the face of adversity. And laugh they do, as the rest of America seems eager to fall into their net of deceit.
The LGBT community’s scheme is simple: they portray themselves as perpetual victims of homophobia. The Massachusetts Commission report plays that card to perfection, claiming LGBT youth suffer from mental health issues, violence, and suicidal thoughts due to discrimination and bullying.
It’s political magic. It’s like finding a pot of gold at the end of a rainbow flag.
These heart-wrenching stories of victimhood have turned the LGBT community into a sympathy-generating, compassion-winning, legislative-swaying, and money-making machine.
They’re not just crying wolf; they’re crying, “Help, we’re under attack by a pack of homophobic wolves!”
Take the report’s claim that a whopping 63% of LGBT youth have considered or attempted suicide in 2021. This ridiculous statistic alone, if believed, should bring in enough money to paint every school in the state with rainbow colors.
And if that wasn’t enough, the report also lists a catalog of other “incidents” suffered by LGBT youth, from book bans to Pride flag removals to protests against drag story hours.
It’s the cherry on top of the victimhood sundae.
The best part?
The 300-page report doesn’t bother mentioning a single case of violence against an LGBT youth. Perhaps because there were none. But who needs facts when you have heart-wrenching stories and a lesbian Governor eager to support the cause?
The Massachusetts Commission on LGBTQ Youth report has given Governor Maura Healey the perfect political gift: a reason to enact new policies and fund training opportunities to protect a growing community “facing rising attacks around the country.”
“Not in Massachusetts!” the commisioners proclaim, with the promise, “We’re just getting started.”
So, want to know how the LGBT movement became so powerful? Just remember: never underestimate the power of a well-played victim card.
Elon Musk talks about the “woke mind virus”
In a recent appearance on Bill Maher’s talk show, Elon Musk, the visionary entrepreneur and CEO of Tesla, Twitter and SpaceX, voiced his concerns about the infiltration of a “Woke mind virus” into American schools.
He argued that teachers are indoctrinating the nation’s youth, steering them away from critical thinking and innovation.
After Maher asked Musk to explain what he meant by the “woke mind virus,” Musk answered, “I think it’s actually been a long time brewing in that it’s I think it’s been going on for a while. The amount of indoctrination that’s happening in schools and universities is, I think, far beyond what parents realize.”
“Yeah, let me give you an example that a farmer told me,” Musk said, in a story that is unfortunately predictable, “his daughters go to college and go to high school in the Bay Area. And he was asking them like, ‘So who are the first few presidents of the United States?’ They could name Washington. ‘So what do you know about him?’ he asked.
“‘He was a slave owner,’” the girls replied to their dad.
Surprised?
IRS wants to hire more armed agents
In an astonishing move that should raise eyebrows, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has recently posted job advertisements seeking to recruit hundreds of armed agents.
According to the job postings, the IRS is looking for candidates with law enforcement experience and firearms training to join the ranks of its Criminal Investigation (CI) division.
The IRS says applicants must be willing to “carry a firearm; must be prepared to protect him/herself or others from physical attacks at any time and without warning and use firearms in life-threatening situations; must be willing to use force up to and including the use of deadly force.”
The CI division is responsible for probing potential Internal Revenue Code criminal violations and related financial crimes.
One can’t help but wonder, though, if this move signifies an increasingly aggressive stance by the IRS, which some might perceive as an overreach of government authority.
In a time when personal freedoms are already under pressure, this development may leave many Americans feeling slightly more queasy living under a weaponized federal government.
“Naked Education” television program infuriates British parents
In a brazen attempt to shock audiences and grab headlines, Channel 4 has aired a controversial new program called “Naked Education,” sparking outrage among viewers and resulting in a staggering 1,300 complaints.
The show, which exposes primary school-aged children to naked adults in an effort to teach them about body positivity and acceptance, raises the critical question:
Has television finally gone mad?
The program, which features adults disrobing in front of children as young as six years old, has been touted by Channel 4 as an innovative approach to promoting body positivity and countering the unrealistic beauty standards perpetuated by the media.
However, this justification has done little to quell the outrage of parents and viewers who argue that the show crosses a line and is wholly inappropriate for young children.
The backlash against “Naked Education” has been swift and fierce, with viewers taking to social media and lodging official complaints to express their disapproval.
Concerned parents have condemned the show, calling it a flagrant attempt to exploit the innocence of children for the sake of ratings.
Atheist “Street Pirates” Expand Nationwide to Remove Religious Signs
In an audacious and polarizing move, a group of self-proclaimed atheist “street pirates” from Los Angeles has announced plans to expand their operations nationwide in a relentless quest to remove what they deem as “illegal” religious signs from public spaces.
My, how our society strayed from its founding principles.
The group, known for its contentious removal of religious signs in Los Angeles, has gained notoriety and support as they set their sights on a national campaign.
Evan Clark, Executive Director of Atheists United, devised a plan a year ago for “street pirates” to upload photos and locations of religious signs to a Google Maps database for destruction.
While the group claims to be fighting against what they perceive as religious overreach, their tactics have left many citizens feeling their faith is under attack…because it is.
As the debate around the separation of church and state continues to intensify, the expansion of these atheist “street pirates” only further polarizes an already divided nation.
