DOJ’s decision tosses the safety of Christian institutions so it can cuddle up to the LGBTQ+ and pro-abortion communities
This is a story that is sure to get your blood boiling.
The Department of Justice has recommended that a trans vandal who desecrated a Catholic church serve no jail time.
And we all know the reason why. He’s a trans activist.
This 31-yo Maeve Jacqueline Nota vandalized a Catholic church in Bellevue, Washington, by spray-painting vulgar graffiti on the church property.
And now, the Biden DOJ wants to let this criminal off scot-free.
This is not justice. This is a slap in the face to all law-abiding Americans and especially to Catholics across this country.
It sends a clear message that it’s okay to vandalize and desecrate places of worship as long as you are part of a favored group.
But let’s take a step back and ask ourselves why the Biden administration is doing this.
Could it be because they are pandering to the radical left? Could it be because they want to curry the favor of the LGBTQ+ community at the expense of our religious institutions?
It’s no secret that the Biden administration has an agenda.
And it’s an anti-American, anti-Christian, and anti-common sense agenda.
The incident occurred on June 28, 2021, after the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade.
Surveillance footage captured Nota as he smashed one of two doors at the pastoral office of the church using a rock. Nota then proceeded to throw and kick broken glass into the building.
Shockingly, the incident occurred as a woman inside the church was praying.
She attempted to reason with Nota, but out of fear, she ended up locking herself inside the building while Nota proceeded to spray graffiti on the wall outside.
Nota sprayed “Religion of hate,” “go to your fake hell,” “groomers,” “rapists,” and “woman haters,” including a message that called all Catholics” liars.”
The DOJ’s request for ‘no jail time’ follows its demands that pro-life activist Marc Houck be sentenced to 11 years in prison after he pushed a pro-abortion activist to the ground that was accosting his son. Houck was later acquitted.
Mike Davis, the founder of the Article III Project, told Fox News Digital, “The Biden Justice Department tried to put Houck in prison for 11 years for defending his son while recommending no jail time for Nota after this deranged trans terrorist badly damaged a Catholic church, fought with the police, assaulted a church employee, and scared the hell out of a little old lady praying.”
The DOJ’s request for “no jail time” also follows its February arrest of eight pro-life advocates in Michigan accused of violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act (FACE Act). Each one faces 11 years in jail.
In addition, a federal indictment was unsealed last October, charging eleven pro-lifers with violations of the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act in Nashville, TN.
This decision and their recent arrests of pro-life advocates demonstrate that the safety of Christian institutions can be sacrificed to gain support from the LGBTQ+ and pro-abortion communities.
Students Given Trigger Warnings for Dracula Novel Descriptions of Spiders
We have yet another example of the left’s efforts to cuddle and shelter college students from the world’s harsh realities.
London’s University of Greenwich is now issuing trigger warnings for the classic horror novel Dracula. And what’s the reason? Descriptions of spiders and other so-called “triggering content.”
It’s absurd. These students are being treated like fragile little snowflakes who can’t handle reading a book without being warned about every little detail. This is what happens when we let the left control our education system.
The university claims that the warnings are a way to provide a safe and supportive learning environment. But what they’re really doing is promoting a culture of fear.
This is not how we prepare young people for the real world. We need to teach them to be resilient and strong, not to run and hide at the first sign of discomfort.
Calvary Chapel Chino Hills Fined $1 Million for Holding In-Person Services
In a stunning display of government overreach, a California church has been slapped with an eye-watering $1 million fine for daring to defy the county’s social distancing and masking mandates during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Calvary Chapel San Jose finds itself at the center of this debacle, with Superior Court Judge Evette Pennypacker leading the charge.
Local authorities, including the ever-vigilant Santa Clara County, have decided that piling on exorbitant fines is the best way to recover enforcement costs and discourage any further acts of defiance.
The total sum of fines has now skyrocketed past $1 million, placing this case among the most extreme of its kind in our nation.
Judge Pennypacker, in an attempt to justify this outrageous penalty, declared, “It should appear clear to all — regardless of religious affiliation — that wearing a mask while worshiping one’s god and communing with other congregants is a simple, unobtrusive, giving way to protect others while still exercising your right to religious freedom.”
But I ask this:
Does anyone remember the horrific 2020 BLM riots in LA that were so violent that Gov. Gavin Newsome had to call the National Guard to stop the looting and destruction?
What fines were they forced to pay to recover the city’s costs and prevent future defiance?
Oh, that’s right. Lady Justice has traded in her blindfold for a pair of woke sunglasses.

Some are hailing this controversial decision as a shining example of the city’s commitment to inclusivity and celebration of its diverse community.
Loudspeakers attached to the rooftops of mosques will broadcast the prayer throughout the neighborhood.
The Minneapolis City Council had to amend the city’s noise ordinance, which previously prevented the early dawn and late evening prayer calls due to noise restrictions.
The AP reports no organized community opposition, and Mayor Jacob Frey is expected to sign the measure next week.
