Revelations emerged yesterday from a damning report by the House Judiciary Committee and its Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.
The report exposes how the Biden administration conspired with a powerful lobby group to target and intimidate parents who had the audacity to challenge their radical agenda at school board meetings.
The report shows that there was “no legitimate basis” for Attorney General Merrick Garland’s memo in October 2021 to investigate any threats or harassment against school board members or staff.
The memo was issued in response to a letter from the National School Boards Association (NSBA) that falsely accused parents of “domestic terrorism and hate crimes” for protesting against critical race theory, mask mandates and transgender policies.

In fact, the report uncovers emails and documents showing direct communication between the NSBA and senior officials at the White House, DOJ and the Department of Education before and after the NSBA letter was sent.
The report also shows that local law enforcement agencies around the country reported back to the DOJ that there was no need for federal intervention in school board-related incidents.
