Amazon Censors Another Christian, Bans Conversion Therapy Works

The Christian Post – Amazon permanently removed from its website books by Joseph Nicolosi, who was often referred to as the “father of conversion therapy.” Some say the move portends censorship of anything Christian regarding sexuality.

For months Amazon was petitioned by LGBT activists, urging the company to discontinue selling works by Nicolosi, a clinical psychologist and Catholic author who died in 2017. Nicolosi wrote several works about homosexuality in men and therapeutic approaches for persons with same-sex attraction.

A Change.org petition launched five months ago garnered more than 80,000 signatures asking Amazon to stop selling his books and linking conversion therapy to aversion therapy practices such as electroshock and medications to cure homosexuals.
