Disney deletes is ‘diversity and inclusion’ employee training program

After backlash Disney reportedly scrubs woke anti-racism training

When one is fighting for decency and justice, one doesn’t back down and scuttle silently away. But that is what the Disney company is doing.

Perhaps aware that their attempts to brainwash and indoctrinate staff with “woke” diversity training are really the opposite of above-board, the company has reportedly deleted its “diversity and inclusion” anti-racism training program after revealed documents caused a backlash and gave Disney the unwelcome reputation of the “wokest place on Earth.”

The webpage that previously contained much-discussed internal training documents was gone this week with a “pardon our Pixie dust” message appearing instead, according to Christopher Rufo, who first reported on the training program that forced staff to confess and denounce their own “white privilege.” The New York Post was among those reporting the story.

Rufo, who serves as director of the initiative on critical race theory at the Manhattan Institute, wrote that Disney “has removed its entire antiracism program from the company’s internal portal, effectively scrubbing it out of existence.”

Rufo wrote that a “significant backlash from the public” followed his initial report. “Disney was peddling the most toxic elements of critical race theory — and my reporting led to immediate changes within the company,” he said.

It was not immediately clear if the page — accessible to staff only — was back online on May 13 after Rufo’s earlier tweet.

Disney did not immediately respond to requests for comment.

Staffers had had to endure training on “systemic racism,” “white privilege,” “white fragility” and “white saviors,” according to Rufo’s original reporting based on “a trove of whistleblower documents.”
