A Dallas, Texas, dad has been ordered to raise his six-year-old son as a girl in a custody case that centers on cross-claims about the young boy’s supposed transgender ideas.
In Georgulas v. Younger, mother Anne Georgulas petitioned the court to limit Jeffrey Younger’s contacts with son James to “gender affirming” interactions in which he calls the boy “Luna” and uses female pronouns.
She argues that it would be confusing to “Luna”, and that the teachers and other students of Pinkerton Elementary School where James attends under the “Luna” alias would also be impacted.
At Pinkerton, “Luna has only ever been presented as a girl, and is known as such by all her classmates and teachers,” the Georgulus petition to the Dallas County court reads.

She also sought to have Jeffrey restricted to a 500-foot perimeter away from Pinkerton Elementary after he got a haircut for James and his twin brother Jude, also a Pinkerton student, that violated the “gender-affirming” restrictions of the earlier court order.
When visiting Texas recently, Walt Heyer an accomplished author and public speaker with a passion for mentoring individuals whose lives have been torn apart by unnecessary gender-change surgery, heard about the case.
“James is caught in a gender identity nightmare,” Heyer noted in an article on the case that appeared in the Federalist.
“I lived through a similar scenario when I was his age,” he added. “I was cross-dressed for two-and-a-half years by my grandmother. Somewhat like James, my cross-dressing occurred under one adult’s care, but away from grandma’s I was all boy with my mom and dad.”
james’ precious young life hinges purely on the diagnosis of gender dysphoria by a therapist who wraps herself in rainbow colors.
In counter claims supported by Christian friends and Pastor Bill Lovell of Christ Church in Carrollton, Texas, James is all boy when away from his mother.
Heyer sighted standards stated by transgender ideologues themselves of “persistent and insistent claims” by the person who is supposed to be transgender as indicating a case of “gender fluidity” that should be handled in the direction of “transition.”
Even those standards are being ignored in this case in favor of a pro-transgender psychologist’s conclusions. Also Georgulas won sole authority to provide psychological guidance for the twin boys.
No second opinion is possible, according to court rulings at this time.
“James’ precious young life hinges purely on the diagnosis of gender dysphoria by a therapist who wraps herself in rainbow colors, affirms the diagnosis of gender dysphoria, and dismisses evidence to the contrary,” Heyer said.
Georgulas also seeks treatments to begin transgender changes – hormonal drugging to chemically castrate James – and she wants Jeffrey Younger to pay for it.
Pro-transgender advocates recommend treatments to begin before any possible early onset of puberty that can start at age 8.
