The Daily Mail – A California college student says the Christian children’s cartoon ‘VeggieTales’ is ‘dangerous’ because it promotes racial stereotypes by portraying villains as racial minorities.
The controversial assertion was made during the ‘Annual Whiteness Forum’ at Cal State San Marcos, where students are invited to discuss specific topics related to systematic racism in America.
Among the examples provided were the NFL, female Trump supporters and ‘VeggieTales’, the animated series starring Larry the Cucumber and Bob the Tomato.
