After Lucasfilm fired actress Gina Carano from The Mandalorian for tweeting the truth about left-wing attempts to shame and “cancel” those who disagree with them, they and entertainment giant Disney are feeling some heat.

One commentator even pointed out that the firing proves Carano’s point better than anything.

Calls to cancel Disney+ are trending online and multiplying after the former MMA fighter who played Cara Dune in the hit Star Wars-themed show was confirmed to have been booted on Feb. 10 over a since-deleted tweet likening the current political climate in the U.S. to being Jewish in Nazi Germany, reported Page Six.

Her ousting by Lucasfilm sparked outrage among those who said it was canceled culture running even further out of control, with #CancelDisneyPlus trending on social media and fans giving the streaming service a dose of its own medicine.

“Disney has cancelled @ginacarano, so I’m cancelling my @disneyplus,” The Rubin Report host Dave Rubin tweeted.

“We need to stop giving these people our money and we must build new franchises.”

Paul Joseph Watson, meanwhile, stated that the firing proves that “Gina Carano was completely correct” about shunning, political bullying and cancel culture.

Others pointed out the blatant hypocrisy of the move.

“Stop giving money to people who hate you,” conservative commentator Jack Posobiec tweeted, saying Disney rehired director James Gunn despite old Internet posts in which he made light of pedophilia and rape.

Texas Sen. Ted Cruz also launched an attack, tweeting: “Texan Gina Carano broke barriers in the Star Wars universe: not a princess, not a victim, not some emotionally tortured Jedi. She played a woman who kicked a– & who girls looked up to. She was instrumental in making Star Wars fun again. Of course Disney canceled her.”
