Ellis-Gilmore, who has engaged in community activities like Drag Queen Story Hour, was reported to the Humboldt County Sheriff’s office for allegedly engaging in indecent exposure in his vehicle for about one hour.

The incident reportedly occurred on August 12 around 6:40 p.m., with witnesses stating that his actions seemed not to be targeted at anyone in particular.

Upon police arrival, a witness, Randy Fleek, expressed his shock and disturbance at the explicit nature of Ellis-Gilmore’s actions, noting that Ellis-Gilmore seemed to have no intention of concealing his activities.

“Well this is f***ed up,” witness Randy Fleek said of his reaction to Ellis-Gilmore. “It’s obvious. You cannot help but see this guy, he’s not hiding it. He wants everyone to see what he’s doing,” Fleek told The Daily Wire.

If convicted, Ellis-Gilmore could face a six-month prison term and mandatory registration as a sex offender.

This incident comes after a recent controversy involving the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and the Los Angeles Dodgers’ Pride Night event.

Initially, the Dodgers had invited the group to the event on June 16, where they were expected to receive a Community Hero award.

However, the invitation was met with backlash from various quarters, including from Senator Marco Rubio, who criticized the group for allegedly mocking religious beliefs and encouraging a “perversion” of Christian doctrines.

After the criticism, the Dodgers withdrew their invitation, followed by LA Pride severing their ties with the event.

Following further dialogue, the Dodgers reinstated the invitation, apologizing for the confusion and commending the Sisters for their longstanding community support and advocacy efforts.
