Military troops question why Trump rioters are a threat but not Black Lives Matter

Under the leftist regime that installed Joe Biden as president of the United States, officials are starting to worry that members of “their” military are seeing inequality at the way Jan. 6 demonstrators are being characterized in comparison to those who destroyed businesses, inflicted injuries and attacked police during “racial justice” riots staged in 2020.

That is, Trump supporters continue to be demonized by the liberal establishment while leftist rioters — who in actuality inflicted far more property and monetary damage – have gotten a big get-out-of-jail-free card.

This is in spite of the fact that Insurance Information Institute, which compiles information from a company called Property Claim Services (PCS), told Axios news that the damage from unrest between May 26 and June 8, 2020 is at a “catastrophic” level and is the most expensive in the nation’s history, exceeding the Rodney King riots of 1992 in Los Angeles, FOX News reported.

In a March 18 press briefing at the Pentagon, Ramón “CZ” Colón-López, senior enlisted adviser to the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, said that some troops have been asking in regard to the Jan. 6 Capitol demonstration, “How come you’re not looking at the situation that was going on in Seattle prior to that?”

He said he is “concerned about the way that some people are looking at the current environment,” and that this kind of critical thinking is “coming from every echelon that we’re talking to.”

As reported at, Colón-López called this natural questioning of leftist media propaganda “confusion,” which shows why more training on extremism is needed.

Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin ordered a stand-down Feb. 5 in which units across the military were supposed to take 60 days to discuss “extremism” in the ranks with troops. As the training sessions took place, some themes emerged that worried liberal Democrat-supporting leaders.

Those conducting the sessions wanted “to make sure that military members understand the difference between Seattle and [the Jan. 6 riot in] Washington, D.C.,” Colón-López said, before going on those who see a disconnect as … young and stupid:

“Some of our younger members are confused about this, so that’s what we need to go ahead and talk to them about and educate them on, to make sure that they know exactly what they can and cannot do.”

Colón-López also drew a distinction between those who lawfully exercised their First Amendment rights to protest during last summer’s protests in support of racial justice and the Black Lives Matter movement, and those who “latched on” to the protests to loot, destroy property and commit other crimes.

What this had to do with the Jan.6 protest is unclear, as no one looted or destroyed property apart from breaking some doors and windows at the Capitol.
