Arutz Sheva – The man indicted for the abduction and rape of a seven-year-old Israeli girl allegedly used a local family’s home he was renovating to carry out the attack.
On Sunday, Mahmoud Nazmi Abed Alhamid Katusa, 46, was indicted at the IDF’s Ofer prison near Jerusalem on charges of aggravated rape. He is a resident of the Palestinian Authority-controlled town of Deir Qaddis, located next to the Israeli city of Modiin Illit.
Katusa, suspected of conducting the rape after abducting the victim from her school, was employed at an elementary school in a haredi city in the Modi’in area as a janitor and maintenance man while moonlighting as a construction worker.
