A middle-school teacher in suburban Austin, Texas thought it would be cute and funny to read a Dr. Seuss-inspired poem showing her contempt for parents.
The parents’ sin? Trying to shield their children from corrupting porn that had made it into the school library.
So Krista Tyler, an “instructional technology specialist” at Grisham Middle School in Austin, decided to read her derisive rhyme during a school board meeting in the neighboring city of Leander on Dec. 16. Her work of literature ridiculed “evangelicals” and “bigots” who want to ban books that overtly promote homosexual activity in both words and even in simple, children’s-book style illustrations.
“Everyone in Leander liked reading a lot/but some evangelicals in Leander did not,” Tyler began in a mocking tone, revealing she has no understanding, sympathy or even a clue about people who don’t want pornography placed in front of their children. Her clever poem went on to call parents “kooks” and “bigots” who hate reading and do not have their heads “screwed on just right,” FOX News reported.
Tyler, 40, closed with an appeal to “maintain decorum” at school board meetings — as if this is what she was doing.
Earlier this month, the Leander Independent School District pulled 11 books from local school libraries after finding them to be pornographic, including Lawn Boy by Jonathan Evison and Gender Queer by Maia Kobabe.
“I’m disgusted and disheartened that there are teachers in our school district who think it is OK to mock parents for their religious beliefs, and for demanding that children not have access to books in the library or classroom that have pornographic illustrations and graphic descriptions of sex acts,” said Dustin Clark, a father of four students in the district, told FOX News. Clark also spoke with the Christian Action Network in a recent episode of the Shout Out Patriots podcast.
Kieu Trang, a mother of four children in Round Rock ISD, stated that Tyler “shouldn’t be teaching.”
” … The fact of the matter is we are a group of very diverse, highly-concerned parents who do not want pornographic books in our schools,” Trang said. “The fact that that statement came from a teacher who could be teaching my children at Round Rock ISD is very concerning.”
Andy Hogue, father of two children in Leander ISD, told the conservative news outlet that he finds it “mind-boggling” that a teacher showed “such disdain for the very people who pay her salary.”

Please strap this moon-bat to a chair and force her to watch every Episode of “Tommy’s Garage” on Rumble!!!
This is why no decent person wants to live in ATX and why we should start grabbing libtards by their hair and throw them over the wall soon as Trump finishes building it.
Fire her
Typical liberal wants to always criticize those who are paying all the bills. The parents should demand that she be fired and lose her retirement benefits. The only thing liberals understand (just like the communist) is a force greater than their own. She needs to be removed from the propaganda system aka public education. Pandemic ends Feb 01
You get the government you voted for. Good and hard.
