If you are willing to say something as basic, simple and logical as “men shouldn’t compete in women’s sports because they aren’t women,” then Facebook will unplug your microphone.

It isn’t a violent, hateful or even misleading statement. It could even be considered pro-female.

Yet Facebook censored a post by Sen. Marsha Blackburn, R-Tenn., after she spoke out against biological males playing women’s sports, a growing trend that has seen women reduced to second-class competitors. To add insult to injury, women upset about the practice are afraid to speak out lest they be ostracized or even rejected by potential employers as “un-woke.”

“Biological men have no place in women’s sports,” Blackburn wrote, and linked to a donation page that, ironically, called on the public to “fight back against Big Tech censorship.”

Thus does Facebook become a powerful political ally of the Democratic Party.

Blackburn’s post, shared with nearly 150,000 followers on her personal Facebook page, was removed for violating “community standards on hate speech,” according to the conservative-hating service.

“Your post didn’t follow our Community Standards on hate speech,” Facebook accused in an alert to Blackburn. “No one else can see your post.”

In a statement to FOX News Digital, Blackburn said she won’t be “silenced or threatened by Silicon Valley oligarchs.”

“Big Tech and the Democrats are colluding to radically transform America,” Blackburn said. “They want to silence and censor conservatives for speaking out against their woke agenda. It does not take a biologist to know the difference between a man and a woman, and I will not be silenced or threatened by Silicon Valley oligarchs. Biological men have no place in women sports.”

Blackburn attracted attention in March when she asked future Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson to “provide a definition for the word woman.” Jackson said she could not do it because was “not a biologist.”
