America’s corporate and entertainment giants don’t just push homosexuality on children and try to dictate people’s moral values. They also keep busy by trying to smear historic figures and rewrite the life stories of people who don’t share their ideology.

A recent example is a Hulu series about noted conservative activist Phyllis Schlafly, premiered April 15.

Schlafly’s daughter is saying that the “inaccurate” show exposes Hollywood’s agenda of lies and hatred toward conservative women.

The makers of the snidely titled Mrs. America never interviewed Schlafly’s family, daughter Anne Schlafly Cori told the Daily Caller News Foundation. They also refused to let Cori screen Mrs. America in advance, and Cori had to wait to view the series until it was aired, she said.

Cori said added that show writer Dahvi Waller was not interested in any first-person accounts of Schlafly because “she wanted to craft her own story.” Neither Waller nor Hulu have responded to multiple requests for comment from the Daily Caller.

Mrs. America is accurate about such shallow details as Schlafly’s hair, makeup and clothing, Cori said, but what was grossly misrepresented “is who she actually was.” Schlafly came from nothing and created her own success, her daughter said, including a successful marriage, successful family and success in the political world, “which is the area of life that she enjoyed so much.”

Through the show’s portrayal of Schlafly’s husband and his treatment of her, Cori went on, Schlafly came across as “unhappy” and striving to “grab power.”

This was not her motivation, she said.

“Her motivation was to make the world a better place. And she sincerely believed in everything that she was doing,” Cori said. She noted that Mrs. America does hedge by saying the characters and dialogue are “fictionalized” at the beginning of the show.
