Any individual who has been through “diversity training” or “racial sensitivity training” at work knows who is getting trained: white employees. They are being made to confront how inherently racist they are, just for being born white and having white families and friends.
Racist indoctrination sessions masquerading as this kind of re-education just suffered a big blow, at least in terms of being able to suck up federal money. On the orders of President Trump, the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has barred federal agencies from holding employee racial sensitivity training that may be “divisive” and “un-American.”
A memo obtained by The Washington Post and first publicized by RealClear Politics orders federal agencies to discontinue contracts that make it their business to teach audiences that America is an “inherently racist or evil country.” In it, OMB Director Russell Vought says Trump specifically directed him to cut millions in taxpayer dollars used on contracts for racial sensitivity training.
The memo targets training sessions that discuss “white privilege” or “critical race theory,” and orders all contracts that can be legally canceled to be ended.
Such “diversity and inclusion” efforts have become an industry that has grown fat on millions in taxpayer and corporate dollars while attempting to shame people based on the color of their skin. They experienced massive growth during the Obama era.
The memo insists that “the President, and his Administration, are fully committed to the fair and equal treatment of all individuals in the United States.”
The report comes as leftist U.S. media outlets do their best to inflame racial tensions based on cases of “police brutality,” which has helped to spur violent and destructive riots in a number of Democrat-run U.S. cities.
