We’re talking about the dramatic takedown of the Global Alliance for Responsible Media, or GARM. This left-wing advertising cartel thought it could silence conservative voices, manipulate the market, and get away with it.
But guess what? They were wrong. Dead wrong. And today, I’m going to unpack exactly how the tables turned on GARM, why this victory is so important, and what it means for the future of free speech in our country.
So, picture this: a shadowy organization, backed by some of the planet’s most influential and wealthy industries, banding together to crush dissenting voices. They had the money, they had the influence, and they had a plan—a plan to blacklist and boycott conservative media outlets under the guise of so-called ‘brand safety.’
They targeted news outlets like The New York Post, RealClearPolitics, and Reason magazine—anyone who dared to think outside the narrow box of left-wing orthodoxy.
And for a while, it looked like they might just pull it off. But here’s the thing about truth—it doesn’t stay buried for long. Thanks to the relentless efforts of the U.S. House Judiciary Committee and brave voices willing to stand up and fight back, the ugly truth about GARM has been exposed for the world to see.
But let’s not forget one of the final nails in GARM’s coffin: the lawsuit filed by none other than Elon Musk. When Musk’s X launched a powerful antitrust suit against GARM, the World Federation of Advertisers, and some of the world’s most giant corporations, it was a true, seismic event.
Musk didn’t just point fingers; he came with hard evidence, accusing these giants of participating in an illegal ad boycott that cost X billions in revenue. And folks, the impact was immediate. GARM, already on shaky ground from the House Judiciary Committee’s investigation, couldn’t withstand the pressure.
Within days of filing that lawsuit, GARM was forced to shut down in disgrace—a public shaming for all to see. They tried to spin it as a ‘difficult decision’ due to ‘misconstrued’ allegations, but we know better. The truth is, they were running scared. The combination of Congressional scrutiny and Musk’s legal firepower was too much for them to handle.
Now, let’s be clear about what this victory means. It’s not just about the downfall of one organization. This is about the power of standing up for what’s right, even when the odds are stacked against you. It’s about the courage to fight back against powerful entities that think they can bully and silence us. It’s about the triumph of free speech over censorship, of truth over lies.

The market spoke loud and clear—there’s a vast audience out there hungry for the truth, and no amount of left-wing scheming is going to change that.

U.K. Threatens to Extradite Americans Over Online Speech
Now, I need to talk to you about something that’s got me absolutely outraged—and it should have every freedom-loving American on high alert. I’m talking about the U.K.’s outrageous threat to extradite and jail Americans for exercising their constitutionally protected right to free speech online.
So, here’s the deal: London’s Metropolitan Police Chief, Sir Mark Rowley, recently warned that they’re not just cracking down on British citizens for what they post online—they’re coming after Americans, too.
And why are they making these threats?
Because of the riots currently breaking out across the U.K., sparked by the tragic and senseless murder of three young girls at a Taylor Swift-themed dance event. The killings, allegedly committed by a second-generation Muslim immigrant, have triggered a wave of violent protests and deepening unrest over the country’s immigration policies.
Rather than addressing the root causes of these issues, the U.K. government and police are lashing out at social media, claiming that online commentary—much of it coming from the United States—is responsible for whipping up the anger and violence.
In response, the London police think they can drag you, an American citizen, thousands of miles across the Atlantic to face their so-called justice for violating their draconian rules about political speech.
Let me make one thing perfectly clear:
Americans cannot, and will not, be extradited to another country for engaging in speech protected by the United States Constitution, even if that speech has been criminalized elsewhere. This is a fundamental principle of our nation’s sovereignty and First Amendment rights.
But let me tell you, the very fact that they’re making these threats is alarming.
Let’s not forget the slippery slope this could put us on. If we allow the U.K. to set a precedent here, what’s next? Will we see Americans extradited to China for criticizing the Communist Party? To Iran for speaking out against radical Islam? To North Korea for daring to mock the regime?
The implications are staggering, and the legal nightmare this would create is beyond comprehension.
But let’s be honest about what’s going on here. The U.K. knows they can’t actually follow through on this nonsense. The real teeth of this threat is the chilling effect it’s meant to have on American speech. They want you to self-censor, to be afraid to speak your mind, because of the looming specter of extradition and the financial burden of fighting a legal battle to stop it.
And where is the Biden administration in all of this? Silent, at least at the time of this recording. Not a word from the White House assuring Americans that our government would oppose any extradition request issued by the U.K. for exercising our legal rights here at home.
Why hasn’t Biden stood up and told the U.K. in no uncertain terms that this will not be tolerated? Why hasn’t he reassured us that our First Amendment rights are not up for negotiation? Why? Because the Biden folks want you to be fearful, to self-censor, to keep your mouth shut.
This is more than just a foreign policy issue. This is about protecting the very bedrock of our democracy—our freedom of speech. And let’s not mince words: the U.K.’s overreach is a direct assault on that freedom. It’s time for the Biden administration to step up, speak out, and clarify that we will never allow a foreign government to dictate what Americans can and cannot say.
Now, some might say, ‘Oh, Martin, you’re just being dramatic. The U.K. wouldn’t actually try to extradite Americans for this.’ Well, Patriots, let me remind you: the U.K. has some of the most restrictive speech laws in the Western world.
They’ve criminalized speech that we take for granted here in the United States. They’ve arrested people for praying on a sidewalk near abortion clinics. In fact, they’ve even arrested one woman for silently praying in her head – YES, PRAYING IN HER HEAD–near an abortion clinic.
They’ve arrested people for jokes on social media, for expressing opinions deemed ‘offensive,’ and now they want to extend that overreach to our shores.
We’ve got to ask ourselves: What kind of world are we heading towards if we allow this kind of intimidation to go unchecked? The silence from our own government on this issue is deafening and unacceptable.
So, to all you Patriots out there, stay vigilant. Don’t let these threats scare you into silence. We’ve fought too hard for our freedoms to allow foreign powers and complicit silence at home to erode them. I’ll be closely monitoring this issue and urge you to do the same.
How Harley-Davidson’s Woke Agenda Crashed Like Victoria’s Secret
I’ve already tackled a couple of heavy issues today. Still, I want to talk about something that’s really got people fired up—literally.
We’re talking about Harley-Davidson, an iconic American brand that, under the leadership of CEO Jochen Zeitz, has gone so woke that loyal customers are considering blowing up their bikes with machine guns.
Your ears aren’t deceiving you. Harley owners are so fed up with this woke nonsense that they’re ready to put their motorcycles in the crosshairs of a machine gun!
But this isn’t just about frustrated bikers. This is a textbook example of what happens when a company loses sight of its customer base and decides to make business decisions based on DEI standards, climate change agendas, and other woke ideologies.
Harley CEO Jochen Zeitz, who proudly calls himself the ‘Taliban of sustainability,’ has been on a mission to ‘redefine’ Harley-Davidson—turning his back on the very people who built this brand into an American legend. And redefine it he did, with the same disastrous results as when Victoria’s Secret stripped their models of those iconic angel wings.
We’ve seen this play out before, haven’t we?
Just look at Bud Light. They thought they could jump on the woke bandwagon, pushing a transgender activist as the face of their brand, and what happened? The boycott spread like wildfire.
Bud Light went from being the number one-selling beer to struggling just to stay in the top three. Why? Because it completely misjudged its customer base.
Bud Light drinkers were shamed in bars across the country—told by their friends, (and I’m putting it mildly) ‘You’re drinking that expletive beer?’ And now, Harley-Davidson is staring down the barrel of the same gun.
Harley-Davidson riders aren’t just customers—they’re a community.
They hang out in the same bars, attend the same motorcycle events, and are part of a tight-knit social fabric. When a brand like Harley goes woke, it doesn’t just lose individual customers—it faces a full-blown revolt.
The boycott against Harley-Davidson is already gaining momentum, fueled by thousands of fans who feel betrayed. And it’s not just about turning off potential buyers—it’s about undermining the entire culture that Harley-Davidson once stood for.
Let’s also discuss the root of this problem: making business decisions based on DEI principles and other woke agendas instead of focusing on the needs and values of their core customers.
When Zeitz took the reins at Harley, he didn’t just bring a new vision—he brought a radical ideology that has no place in a company like this. He’s pushed Harley into partnerships with groups that promote sex-change procedures for kids, anti-racism efforts targeting ‘whiteness’ and Christians, and other divisive initiatives.
This isn’t just bad business—it’s branding suicide. And ‘suicide’ is no exaggeration. U.S. sales for Harley have plummeted by 9.1% in the first quarter of 2024, with retail sales diving by a staggering 13.7%.”
A former Harley dealership owner told Fox News, and I quote, ‘A Harley valued at $30,000 just a few years ago is now getting only $4,000.’ He didn’t stop there, adding, ‘People don’t even want to be associated with Harley anymore.’
And it’s not just individual sales that are suffering. The iconic Dudley Perkins Harley-Davidson dealership in San Francisco, which had survived 110 years, two world wars, the Great Depression, and COVID restrictions, has announced it is shutting down for good.
If that’s not a sign of a brand in crisis, I don’t know what is.
But here’s the kicker: Zeitz didn’t just get ‘sucked into’ a DEI plan by his H.R. team. He’s a true believer—a zealot using corporate power to advance a woke agenda, no matter the cost.
And now, Harley-Davidson is paying the price. People are turning their backs on this brand, and they’re doing it loudly.
So, what’s the lesson here? Go woke, go broke. It’s not just a catchy slogan—it’s reality. When companies like Harley-Davidson and Bud Light decide to alienate their core customers in favor of appeasing the woke mob, they’re setting themselves up for disaster.
And the backlash isn’t just a passing trend—it’s a cultural shift. Americans are fed up with being told what to think, how to act, and what to buy by out-of-touch corporate elites.
So to all you Patriots out there, the next time you see a Harley-Davidson rolling down the road, think about what that brand used to stand for—and what it’s become. And if you’re one of the many who are thinking about switching to an Indian Motorcycle or maybe even blowing up your Harley with a machine gun—well, you’re not alone.
Kamala’s Citizenship Plan: Paving the Way for Election Manipulation
For my final segment, I want to talk about a topic that should alarm every American who cares about the integrity of our elections and the future of our nation.
Vice President Kamala Harris recently made shocking statements at a rally in Glendale, Arizona, that reveal a clear agenda to reshape our country—and not for the better.
I’m talking about her proposal for an ‘earned pathway to citizenship’ for millions of illegal aliens and her push for nationwide no-excuse mail-in voting.
But let’s be upfront about what these proposals genuinely mean.
First, let’s examine this so-called ‘earned pathway to citizenship.’
Now, there’s already a legal, established pathway for immigrants to become American citizens.
It’s a process that involves vetting, residency requirements, and a demonstrated commitment to our nation’s laws and values.
But what Harris is really proposing is a shortcut—a way for illegal aliens to jump the line, bypass the rules, and gain citizenship with a lower threshold than those who enter the country legally.
Think about what that means for America. Not only does this undermine the rule of law, but it also creates a situation where millions of newly legalized individuals could flood the workforce, driving down wages and making it harder for working- and middle-class Americans to compete.
This isn’t about fixing a ‘broken’ system—it’s about rigging it in favor of those who didn’t follow the rules.”
And then there’s the issue of no-excuse mail-in voting.
Now, for those unfamiliar with no-excuse mail-in voting, any registered voter can request and receive a mail-in ballot without providing any reason whatsoever for not being able to vote in person.
On the surface, this might seem like a convenient option, but let’s dig a little deeper into what this means, especially regarding the migrant population Harris is eager to make into new citizens and new Democrat-leaning voters.
We know that political activists are more than willing to exploit vulnerable populations to achieve their goals. With millions of newly legalized citizens who might not even speak English fluently or fully understand the candidates and issues on the ballot, these individuals are ripe for manipulation.
Imagine activists harvesting ballots from these communities, pressuring migrants to vote for specific candidates, or worse, filling out ballots on their behalf. And with automatic voter registration—another piece of the legislation Harris supports—these newly legalized individuals could be registered to vote without even knowing it, let alone understanding the implications.
Let’s not kid ourselves—this is almost an admission by Kamala Harris to rig future elections.
She wants migrants to be automatically registered to vote because she knows they’ll be more likely to vote Democrat if they don’t fully understand the process or the stakes.
If these individuals aren’t willing to go through the legitimate process of earning citizenship or taking the time to register to vote, how easily could they be swayed into allowing others to complete their mail-in ballots?
This isn’t about expanding democracy—it’s about exploiting it.
And where is the accountability?
Where is the assurance that our elections won’t be hijacked by those who don’t have a genuine stake in this country’s future? The Biden administration, with Kamala Harris at the forefront, is pushing policies that would fundamentally alter the fabric of our nation—policies that would make our elections less secure and more susceptible to fraud and manipulation.
We’ve seen what happens when election integrity is compromised. Just look at the controversies that have erupted over mail-in ballots, ballot harvesting, and voter fraud in recent years.
Now, Harris wants to take these risks nationwide to millions of people who entered this country illegally. This isn’t just dangerous—it’s a direct attack on the values and principles that make America strong.
So, to all you Patriots out there, stay vigilant. Don’t let these radical proposals go unchallenged. Our elections, our jobs, and our nation’s future are at stake.
