U.S. State Department encourages embassies to fly Black Lives Matter flags

The U.S. State Department, once tasked with international relations and diplomacy, is now trumpeting the guilt and shame of U.S. “racism” to the rest of the non-racist world.

That is, like the rest of Washington, D.C. as well as the worlds of academia, entertainment and big business, it has redefined its whole existence to racism, racism and racism.

A memo leaked from the State Department directed U.S. embassies worldwide to show open support for Black Lives Matter on May 25, the one-year anniversary of George Floyd’s death in Minneapolis.

Black Lives Matter is an openly Marxist organization.

Human Events News obtained the seven-page document that authorized U.S. “diplomatic and consular posts” to fly the BLM flag and use its name in speeches and other communications. The document was reportedly leaked from within the State Department by a source who wished to remain anonymous.

U.S. embassies in Greece, Spain, Cambodia and Bosnia were seen complying with the memo, flying BLM flags on May 25, the anniversary of when Floyd, a drug user and petty criminal, died while being forcibly restrained by former Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin in 2020.

The State Department also proclaimed its “wokeness” on the anniversary by putting out a video describing its mission to engage in a “Global Pursuit of Racial Justice.”

The internal memo for embassies read: “The Department supports the use of the term Black Lives Matter in messaging content, speeches, and other diplomatic engagements with foreign audiences to advance racial equity and access to justice on May 25 and beyond. … We encourage posts to focus on the need to eliminate systemic racism and its continued impact.”
