Video shows unhinged woman verbally attacking Rand Paul, GOP at restaurant

A woman then comes into view with her phone in her hand and shouts: 'You just ran into two people from New York, kiddo, and we are not putting up with your Republican bulls**t!'

In an incident that echoed several abusive public attacks on friends of President Trump, including then-press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders being refused service at a Virginia restaurant last year, a furious woman began verbally abusing Sen. Rand Paul at a California restaurant on Friday.

Her attack on Sen. Paul, a staunch supporter of president, came during lunch on a tour on which Paul is promoting his new book, The Case Against Socialism.

A video posted by one of Sen. Paul’s staffers shows two people confronting the Kentucky politician about his political leanings during a lunch. The first is a man, who is told by an official to “stop being rude.”

A woman then comes into view, declaring: “You just ran into two people from New York, kiddo, and we’re not putting up with your Republican bulls—!.”

The man is then heard saying: “All I am saying is that while you and I possibly, probably, don’t have much in common politically, right? We are Americans.”

Paul retweeted the video and said that while “0The left blames incivility” on Donald Trump, he urged voters to “watch this video and decide who the rude ones are.”

Former Republican Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee was one of the first people on Twitter to defend Paul. Reposting the video, he said in a Tweet: “These unhinged old loons screaming at @RandPaul are probably someone’s grandparents.

“Do they hope their grandkids turn out like this? I actually feel sorry for them. Do they really think they are winning? Uncorked rage, hate, and vile. They need help.
