The FAA’s Deadly Diversity Hiring Push

Welcome back, Patriots! And greetings to any new listeners joining us for the first time. I’m your host, Martin Mawyer, president of Christian Action Network, and I will start by connecting the dots between woke ideology, deadly incompetence, and the horrifying consequences of the FAA’s diversity-driven hiring policies.

By now, you’ve probably heard about the catastrophic midair collision involving an American Airlines passenger plane and a Black Hawk helicopter near Washington, D.C.

Sixty-seven innocent lives were lost in the deadliest aviation disaster in nearly a quarter-century. And while the mainstream media dances around the real cause, we’re going to break it down for you.

Let’s start with the facts.

The Federal Aviation Administration is currently facing a class-action lawsuit alleging it rejected 1,000 qualified air traffic controllers solely because they didn’t check the right diversity boxes.

Instead of hiring the most skilled and capable candidates, the FAA prioritized what any rational person would describe as insane. They prioritized job applicants who are suffering from hearing and vision impairment, those missing extremities, people handicapped with partial and complete paralysis, those inflicted with epilepsy, severe intellectual disabilities, psychiatric disabilities, and even dwarfism.

That’s a mouthful, but let it sink in.

These are the people the FAA is actively recruiting to guide thousands of planes safely into and out of our airports. The very people responsible for keeping the skies safe are being selected not for their skills but for their disabilities.

Reagan National Airport, where this disaster occurred, was already dangerously understaffed.

According to reports, the air traffic controller on duty was doing the job of two people—overseeing helicopters while also managing incoming and outgoing flights. This job requires laser focus, sharp reflexes, and high-level decision-making skills—not a workforce chosen to meet DEI quotas.

The lawsuit against the FAA is clear: Under the Obama administration, the agency ditched a skill-based hiring system and replaced it with a so-called “biographical assessment” designed to boost diversity hires.

Highly qualified applicants who aced their exams, like Andrew Brigida, were rejected solely for being white. His lawsuit proves that merit was thrown out the window in favor of racial and physical identity politics.

This isn’t just bureaucratic nonsense—it’s deadly.

Filling air traffic control towers with individuals who are visually impaired, suffering from intellectual disabilities, or even paralyzed is like hiring a blind surgeon to perform open-heart surgery.

Come on. Think about it: Would you trust a deaf firefighter to hear your screams for help in a burning building? Would you feel safe knowing an air controller can’t even see the runway?

The Bible warns us about leaders like this.

Matthew 15:14 tells us, “Let them alone: they are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.” However, under this FAA policy, it’s not just the blind who fall—it’s innocent passengers, families, and servicemen who put their trust in a system that has abandoned common sense.

Even President Trump has weighed in, recognizing that these diversity policies have directly contributed to staffing shortages, lower standards, and, ultimately, deadly consequences.

Brigida, now a program manager at the FAA, says he hopes Trump will take immediate action to reverse this madness and restore competence to air traffic control hiring practices.

But here’s the kicker:

The government’s legal defense argues that diversity hiring isn’t discrimination, even when it actively rejects more qualified candidates based on race.

Their nonsensical logic?

Title VII protects equal treatment, not preferential treatment. Translation: If you’re a white male, even if you’re the most skilled for the job, you’re out of luck.

This is about more than one tragic crash.

It’s about stopping a reckless, politically driven agenda that puts every American who steps onto a plane in grave danger.

If we don’t push back now, what’s next? Will pilots be hired based on DEI quotas, too? Will doctors and paramedics be chosen not for their skills but for their “diverse” backgrounds?

Patriots, we have a choice: Either we accept this insanity, or we fight back against the woke policies that are quite literally killing Americans.

The FAA must be held accountable. The DEI madness must be stopped. And we must demand merit-based hiring for positions that hold our lives in their hands.

Illegal Protesters Burn Flags of the Nation They Wish to Stay In

Now, let’s tackle that bizarre spectacle of anti-Trump immigration protests sweeping from coast to coast, from Salem, Oregon, to the hustle and bustle of Times Square.

This weekend, thousands of illegal immigrants and their supporters took to the streets, not just in protest but in a disturbing display of contempt for the very country they’re fighting to stay in.

And while they’re burning our flag, what are they waving instead? Mexican flags.

In Oxnard, California, and across the nation, social media was flooded with images of these mobs burning the American flag. Yes, they were setting fire to the very symbol of the freedoms, the liberties, and the opportunities they so desperately seek to secure by remaining here.

And while they’re burning our flag, they are chanting profanities against President Trump and attacking the agents tasked with enforcing our laws. This isn’t just being ungrateful. It’s obscene. And it’s stupid.

If America is so oppressive, so terrible, so irredeemably awful, why are they here? What did they come for? Free health care? Free housing? Free food? A free cell phone?

Here’s the truth: What they’re really upset about is that Trump won’t let them keep exploiting America. And by America, I mean American citizens. The taxpayers. The people who fund all those freebies they’ve come to expect. They’re not protesting injustice. They’re protesting accountability. And it’s disgusting.

In National City, California, things got even uglier. Hundreds of rioters damaged buildings, assaulted vehicles, and turned the streets into a war zone.

And what was their rallying cry? “F Trump.” Charming, right?

But amidst all this chaos, there was one moment that stood out. A Hispanic-American bystander, watching this madness unfold, asked a simple question: “Why didn’t you guys protest like this in your own country?”

Boom. There it is. That’s the question.

Why didn’t they? Why march hundreds of miles to demand rights and privileges from a nation they simultaneously condemn?

If America is so awful, so oppressive, so worthy of their scorn—why are they fighting so hard to stay? Why not just go back? Why not return to the countries they came from without the need for handcuffs, incarceration, and deportation?

If they like freebies so much, Trump is offering them a free ride home.

So, let’s be honest about what’s happening here.

This isn’t about justice or fairness. It’s about entitlement. It’s about exploiting a system that’s been far too generous for far too long. And it’s about time someone said enough is enough. Because this isn’t just an insult to Americans. It’s an insult to every immigrant who came here legally, who worked hard, who followed the rules, and who loves this country for what it is—not for what they can take from it.

Breaking Stereotypes: Generation Z’s Optimism for Trump’s Presidency

Let’s turn to something that might restore your faith in this country. While the media obsesses over chaos and division, something remarkable is happening among America’s youngest voters—Generation Z.

Yes, those kids that we’re told are all about socialism and cancel culture; well, it turns out they’re not. In fact, they’re rallying behind President Donald J. Trump in numbers that no one saw coming.

Take a moment to digest that.

While we read about streets filled with smoke and the sound of rioting, a quiet revolution is brewing.

A CBS News poll just dropped a bombshell: 67 percent of young Americans aged 18 to 29 are optimistic about a Trump presidency. That’s not a typo. Sixty-seven percent! Who would have thought?

These kids grew up with iPhones in their hands and TikTok on their screens. They’re supposed to be the woke generation, right? The ones who’ve been spoon-fed a steady diet of anti-Trump rhetoric from their professors, their celebrities, and, of course, the media.

And yet, here they are, defying expectations. Why? Because they’re not buying what they’re being sold.

This isn’t just some meaningless blip on the radar. This is a generational statement. It’s a rejection of the status quo, a middle finger to the elites who’ve been running this country into the ground.

No matter how much the media wants you to believe Gen Z are a bunch of protesters and rioters, most of them are patriots. They believe in meritocracy. They believe in economic freedom. They believe in the American dream—not the watered-down, government-dependent version, but the real one. The one where you work hard, you get ahead, and you don’t apologize for it.

So, what’s driving this?

Why are these young people, who’ve been bombarded with anti-Trump propaganda their entire adult lives, suddenly saying, “You know what? Maybe he’s not so bad after all”?

It’s simple, really. They want leadership. Real leadership. They want policies that actually deliver. And they’re looking at Trump and seeing someone who doesn’t just talk—he acts. Jobs. The economy. National security. These aren’t abstract concepts to Gen Z. They’re the building blocks of their future. And they’re betting on Trump to deliver.

Now, let’s be clear: this is a generation that’s grown up in the digital age. They’ve got more information at their fingertips than any generation before them. They’re skeptical. They’re independent. And they’re not afraid to push back against the narrative.

They see what’s happening with government overreach—the lockdowns, the mandates, the endless rules—and they’re saying, “Enough.”

They don’t want to live in a country where the government tells them what to do every second of the day, including what pronouns to use or even say. They want freedom. And they see Trump as the guy who’s fighting for it.

Think about the contrast here. On one side, you’ve got the flag burners, the ones who seem to hate everything this country stands for. And on the other, you’ve got Gen Z—young, energetic, and ready to take the reins.

They’re not just the leaders of tomorrow. They’re shaping the conversation today. And their support for Trump? It’s a game-changer. It’s a sign that the next generation isn’t just falling in line with the woke mob. They’re thinking for themselves.

Gen Z isn’t just voting for Trump. They’re voting for a vision of America that’s rooted in freedom, opportunity, and security. And that, folks, is something worth fighting for.

When Speaking Out Becomes a Crime: The Kristen Fry Story

Let’s leap into this next segment because what’s happening in Denver Public Schools right now is nothing short of alarming.

This story concerns free speech, parental rights, and the bureaucratic witchhunt that should make your blood boil.

At the center of it all is Kristen Fry—a mother. Not a radical, not a political operative, not some agitator with an agenda. Just a mom. A mom who wanted what was best for her kids. And for that, she was crucified.

Here’s the scene: Kristen Fry wakes up one day to find herself labeled a racist, accused of crimes she didn’t commit. Why? Because she had the audacity to speak out against a school system she believed was failing her children.

That’s it. She raised her voice, and for that, she was turned into a villain.

Her concerns—about plummeting academic standards, about schools stripped of security officers, about the chaos that followed—were ignored. Instead, she was smeared. Her life turned upside down. All because she dared to care.

Now, let’s talk about what really happened.

Kristen watched as the word “equity” was weaponized to gut the curriculum, as her children’s schools became lawless zones. And then came the final straw: two school shootings. Two!

These weren’t abstract fears anymore. They were real, horrifying events that confirmed every concern she’d ever raised. But instead of listening to her, instead of engaging in a dialogue, what did the Denver school board do? They came after her. And hard.

Kristen spoke out at a board meeting. She voiced her concerns. And for that, she was charged with assault and hate crimes. Assault. Hate crimes. Let that sink in.

A mother standing up for her kids was treated like a criminal. And the evidence? Oh, it was there all along—video footage that clearly showed Kristen did nothing wrong.

But here’s the kicker: the school board sat on that exculpatory evidence. They let the charges stand, even though they knew she was innocent. Why? Because this wasn’t about justice. This was about sending a message—a message that says, “Fall in line, or we’ll destroy you.”

But Kristen Fry isn’t backing down. She’s fighting back. With the help of the Mountain States Legal Foundation, she’s filed a lawsuit, and it’s not just about her. This is about every parent and every citizen who believes in the right to speak freely without fear of retaliation.

Her lawsuit alleges defamation, retaliation, and a conspiracy to silence dissent and crush anyone who dares to question them.

So, why does this matter? This isn’t just about Kristen Fry. It is about the soul of our country.

When school boards—entities that are supposed to serve our children—become so consumed with political activism that they trample on basic rights, what does that say about us?

If speaking out about your child’s safety can get you branded a criminal, what kind of society are we living in?

This is a wake-up call. We need to talk about this, not just on podcasts or social media but in our communities, at our dinner tables, and in our schools.

We need to stand up—not just for Kristen Fry, but for the principle that in America, speaking up isn’t a crime. It’s a right. And if we don’t fight for that right, we’re going to lose it.

Today’s discussions underscore the vital importance of vigilance and voice—whether in the air traffic towers, on the streets, or in the school board meetings.

Remember, the battle for our rights and safety is ongoing, and it is fought on many fronts.

Your engagement and activism are what drive this nation forward towards a brighter, more just future.

As always, stay informed, stay strong, and stay in the fight for truth and justice. Let’s keep the conversation going—reach out with your thoughts, stories, and support. Together, we are unstoppable. Until next time, keep standing tall and speaking out.

God bless you, and God bless America.
