Add book-burning to the list of unenlightened bullying activities that leftists love.

This is along with destroying statues, burning businesses, “canceling” speakers and actors, trashing classic literature and trying to rewrite history.

Chattanooga, Tenn., library employee Cameron “C-Grimey” Williams is on paid administrative leave after making a video of himself allegedly burning Chattanooga Public Library books by conservative authors.

The local rapper and activist, known for organizing anti-police protests, appeared in a video in which he set books by President Donald Trump and conservative commentator Ann Coulter on fire, a library spokesperson said.

The video posted to Instagram on Feb. 16 shows Williams appearing to burn copies of Coulter’s How to Talk to a Liberal (If You Must) and Trump’s Crippled America in an outdoor fire, spraying each with lighter fluid. “FDT,” a cleverly named Trump protest song by YG and Nipsey Hussle, was playing in the background.

“Thursday our HR business partner and our executive director met with Cameron over Zoom, and he’s been placed on paid administrative leave for the next five business days so that we can conduct an investigation,” library spokesperson Christina Sacco told the Times Free Press in early December.

According to Sacco, Williams had been recently trained on the library’s “weeding” policy, which describes how and when to remove books from circulation.

Apparently the training did not cover “not burning books you don’t like and then posting video of it.”

“I have no idea why I’m on leave because my supervisor and city of Chattanooga HR have not told me the reason why,” said a mystified Williams. “The only information that was given is because there was a complaint of me removing items from the library.”
